Responsibilities:

• Implementation of practices and policies
• Planning and coordination of a program and program activities
• Budgeting and monitoring expenses
• Organization and scheduling of events or meetings
• Keeping up-to-date records and logs
• Executing new academic programs and setting up long- and short-term plans
• Mediating between the organization members and cooperating with other organizations

Requirements:

• Monitor the staff, procedures, and budget, and ensure that the program implementation is successful
• Monitor the workload, working hours, and vacations of the staff
• Ensure that the project is running smoothly and stays on track in terms of both timing and funds.
• Be organized, detail-oriented and be able to think ahead
• Display critical thinking and the ability to work under stress
• Advanced administrative and office skills
• Responsible for raising and tracking finances for the programs
